the 4Ns: neri nico niels & nina: A Saturday afternoon with our Pinoy friends!

Two weeks ago, Ermina and Vincent together with their Mama and Papa moved to their new home in Zonhoven! So last Saturday we paid them a visit.

But first at around 2:30pm, we met up with our “3-month-preggy” Tita Donna to look around the “Mixs en Meggy - Baby en Kinderbeurs” in Grenslandhallen Hasselt. It was my paradise!

At the beginning of the exhibit, Mama and I posed for a photoshoot by the ING stand, also Tita Donna did not let the chance pass…she had her photo with her little tummy taken.

We went on into the exhibit and “HOLY SMOKES!” lots of nice things for ME! Tita Donna was busy choosing for nice geboortekaartjes en suikerboontjes while I just want to eat them all! Afterwards we passed by the CM stand and I got a teddy bear and a balloon for free! I was busy with my balloon the whole time!

When Tita Donna was enjoying her back massage, Mama and I (mostly me) grabbed the opportunity to play around with my balloon, run around-and-through the stands, got some Petite Lu free cookies, some Bledina groenteschotels en fruitpapjes for free, but most of the time, I was just running around with my balloon. Poor mama! She should have been exhausted.

Afterwards, we continued the tour and left around 4pm to go to Zonhoven. When we got there I immediately felt at home but looks like Vincent was shy at first around me and Ermina was busy watching her favorite cartoon on the television. So I played on my own. Through the kitchen, the hall and the living room I pushed the buggy of Ermina’s doll around! And I was having lots of fun! I also saw a biiiiiiiig giant ball! I pulled it from the kitchen to the living room! It was bigger than me but it didn’t matter!

Then its snack time! I ate bread together with Vincent and I finished half of my groentepap. YUM YUM! Then it was playtime again. While we were playing, we got a call from Kenny’s Mama. They are also on the way but could not find the place. So Tita Donna and Mama explained how they could find the house…I was listening attentively!

When they arrived Kenny was crying. He didn’t want to go inside and play with me…tja, what can I do? Im a smaller boy than him…I will just play with Vincent. And then its eating time again??? We had pancit bihon, paksiw na pata, pinakbet and rice. I ate pancit bihon and rice.

After eating, Ermina and Kenny started to run around the house…I was running behind them too but Mama keeps on picking me up! She said its still dangerous for me to run behind them (cause they really run fast! I wasn’t even a meter away and they ran through me 2 times already!) Yeah, well I guess Mama is right…so Vincent and I just positioned ourselves behind the door…we (I mean me cause Vincent was just looking at what I was doing) were trying to close the door so Ermina and Kenny could not pass…but… again…I heard Mama…”Niels!!!! Not there!!!” So, I searched again for another place where I can play…I saw the stairs and climbed it! Hahaha that was fun! But looks like Mama didn’t find it fun….hmmmmm, whatever I do and wherever I go is not good! Well, what the heck! So I just started playing in the living room again with Vincent, Mama and the giant ball.

Taaaaart! Its time for dessert! And then Papa arrived! Double treat for me! I had dessert and my Papa arrived! And my Papa gave me dessert! It’s a match made in heaven! Hahaha

But like any other day, the night falls, and we have to go home and sleep…so we said “Da-da!” to everyone and left.

I hope to see them again next time! And I really hope that next time I can run with them already!
